Screening of 13TH/Community Dialogue on Racism

Join us for 13TH, a powerful documentary which explores the history of race and the criminal justice system in the United States, by Ava DuVernay, the director of Selma.

Free and open to the public, the screenings will be followed by facilitated conversation—on Wednesday, February 7th and Wednesday, February 28th from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the Belchertown Town Hall auditorium.

We will view 50 minutes on February 7th, and the last half on February 28th. Feel free to come to one or both dates, as they will be a stand-alone events.

After the film and discussion, work will continue in small groups on the local action projects underway.
