Ward 5 Candidate Forum on Climate, Housing and Energy Justice
What will Ward 5 prioritize and prepare for over the next four years?
Come listen to candidates seeking to represent Ward 5 on City Council as they answer questions about how meeting Minneapolis Clean Energy Partnership & Climate Action Plan goals and goals intersects with multiple important voter concerns including renters rights, economic justice, home health, racial equity, community engagement and our city-wide conversation on affordable housing. Ward 5 is also an area seeing a breakthrough on workforce development for clean energy jobs.
In addition to prepared questions, there will be time for audience questions and informal post-forum conversation.
