An Evening with JD Souther and friends for Rob Quist
An extraordinary night of Music, Words and Friends. Please join Rob and hosts Joanne Gardner and John Lowell of Mighty Fine Time for an evening of entertainment benefiting Rob Quist for Congress.
JD Souther, writer and performer of such classics as “Best of My Love, “Her Town, Too” “Faithless Love” “How Long” and hundreds more. His collaborations with the Eagles and Linda Ronstadt and James Taylor were the soundtracks of our lives and he remains relevant as a composer, performer, and actor.
Grammy winning songwriter Pam Rose will open the evening in this intimate space and Montana authors Tom McGuane, Rick Bass and Doug Peacock will speak about this place we live. Rob will speak to us and turn the stage over to JD.
John and I thank these amazing artists for donating their time, thank Ashley Sullivan and David Stanley for their aid in getting them to Montana in style, thank Kathleen and Dan Kaul for their donation of a classic hotel to stay in, thank Annette Burns and Geoff Harvey for making the Attic available for this special evening, and thank Jerry Mullen for providing perfect sound support.
Rob’s opponent is spending huge sums of money on dark ads with skewed information. It’s time for us to raise some money to help Rob fight the “dinosaur whisperer.” Reserved tables are $1000, reserved seats are $500 and general admission seats are $250.00. For questions or to RSVP, contact Emily Harris, 406/437-9540 ext 705 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Contributions or gifts to Rob Quist for Congress are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contribution exceed $200 per election cycle. www.robquist.org.
