Bystander Intervention Training-SURJ Appleton
SURJ Appleton is hearing from people who want to learn about the rise in harrassment and violence all around us and what you can do to help intervene and stop harassment happening.
Our research tells us that there are many methods for bystander intervention and we’ll share them with you.
This training is highly interactive with group scenario work so you can practice.
Modeled from a collaboration of SURJ Appleton and SURJ Milwaukee.
This training is facilitated by SURJ Appleton leaders Kathy Flores and Nick Ross with help from other facilitators.
We are looking into childcare as a possibility so please indicate if you need childcare. This workshop is free and open to the public, but we will be collecting donations that will go directly to support the work of SURJ Appleton and African Heritage, Inc.
