Greg Dudish
Greg Dudish runs Dudish Consulting, L.L.C. – an independent consultancy founded in 2014. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Chemical Engineering degree. His experience runs the gamut from engineering, patent design, and small business entrepreneurship to his current day chemical engineering consulting; consulting clients have included a medical device manufacturer, a meadery (honey wine), and a municipal recycler. Currently, he is working on an anaerobic digestion project that will squeeze juice-out-of-trash and turn it into natural gas.

Christienne de Tournay
A certified Zero Waste Associate and consultant, working with community projects, cities, and small businesses, Chrise specializes in the implementation of zero waste best practices; her work includes education and outreach, food-to-energy programs/policies, and compost and compostable materials, in both backyard and commercial facilities, producing webinars on this topic. She was executive director of the non-profit EcoMom Alliance, program director for the Sustainable Business Practices at Dominican University, board member of the Environmental Forum of Marin, and served on the General Plan and Climate Action Plan Commissions for the City of San Rafael. As a special aide to the late Marin County Supervisor Charles McGlashan, she worked on siting food waste-to-biogas projects and was a founding member of the BYOB bag ban initiative in Marin County. Chrise currently serves as vice-chair of the City of Berkeley’s Zero Waste Commission, chair of the Single-use Foodware Subcommittee, chair of the ZW Strategic Plan subcommittee, is a member of Zero Waste Berkeley, and a Senior Z-Team outreach associate for ZWUSA.
