Pack the Hearing: No “Line 3” Tar Sands Pipeline

Join us to say No to Line 3!

The Public Utilities Commission has delegated the fact finding of “adequacy” of the first ever Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a giant tar sands pipeline to Judge Eric Lipman. This is the first meeting he has called.

Judge Lipman has a history of pro-pipeline shenanigans. Now he’s called a conference to “discuss…issues”. Let’s show up in numbers to protect our water, indigenous treaty rights and climate!

We don’t expect there will be an opportunity for the public to testify. Decisions will be process and scheduling decisions. We want to be there so that the state and the judge know we are watching.

The ending time, 4 PM, is an estimate.
Public Utilities Commission:
121 7th Pl E #350, St Paul, MN 55101,
Meeting is on the Third floor, Room 350.
