Northern California Regional Conference

Who?
Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first CCL experience or you’re an experienced volunteer. You are welcome no matter where you’re from. Please note that registration will cap at 500 participants.

When?
The Conference is scheduled for Saturday, January 20th from 9:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday, January 21st from 9:00am to TBD (between noon and 3pm). Please plan to arrive early Saturday morning, as the program will start promptly at 9:00am.

Check-in and on-site registration begins on Saturday at 8:30am at Menlo-Atherton High School. Lunch will be included and will be followed by afternoon breakout sessions.

Sunday will feature a panel of MOC Staffers.

Why?
To network with fellow CCL volunteers while you develop your lobbying and advocacy skills. In Mark Reynolds’ words, “Our advanced lobbying training focuses on the human element of working with people: creating opportunities from obstacles, listening, building rapport, and not being limited by one’s predisposed view of other people or their predisposed view of you.” That kind of training will prove valuable in all aspects of your life…not just in your work with CCL.
