General Public Comment Session

General Public Comment Sessions will be held the first and third meetings of each month. The General Public Comment Session allows participants to address the Council on a topic not scheduled for a public hearing.

How to sign up to speak:
• Email Legislative Services at dencc@denvergov.org
• Call 720-337-2000
• Stop by Room 451 of the City & County Building

When to sign up:
• The sign-up period opens at noon the Friday before the session and closes at 4 p.m. the day of the session.

What is required:
• First and last name
• A point of contact
• Topic

The public comment sessions will begin at 5 p.m. and last 30 minutes. Council will hear as many speakers as possible during this time. Speakers are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. No sign-up by proxy will be accepted. Each speaker will get 3 minutes to speak.
